ほっこりを意識した英語翻訳付　道徳絵本を作っています。

芸術・食・音楽が栄える学びの街“メルボルン”での様々な出逢いと経験により多大な刺激を受け
"自分だから出来る事"を見つける為、日本国内と海外へ直感頼りの1人旅をしました。
　
　絵本を作るきっかけとなったのは
旅中に見つけたどこかの子供が描いた一冊の絵本。
"自分の母親の凄さ"を描いたもので
沢山の色とシンプルな言葉が胸をいっぱいにしました。帰り道の景色はいつも以上に美しく見え
"絵本を作りたい"という想いが込み上げました。

その後訪れたカンボジアでは人々の深く温かい心に触れ、忘れかけていた熱い気持ちを思いだしました。
この時の経験が作品への大きな活力となっています。

I had many inspiring experiences when I lived in Melbourne. Since then I started to travel around the world for a few years by myself looking for inspirations to find "What can I do".

One day, I had an opportunity to look at a picture book made by a little local boy.
It was very simple, the story was about "How great my mother is". It used lots of different colours and simple words. The book made my heart warm so deeply. On my way home, the memory was so beautiful that it made me feel "I want to make picture books".

After few month, I visited "Cambodia". I met many beautiful people helping children. I realised that I was starting to forget something important in my heart.
This experience is the heart of my passion and vitality for making books.
